These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and my365 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at my365.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context clearly requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. my365 strictly prohibits the registration or use of Accounts by individuals under the age of 21. This requirement reflects internationally recognised minimum standards for casino-style gaming participation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion period imposed either voluntarily or by the Platform.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. my365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify my365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach via the24/7 live chat facility.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, my365 requires completion of its KYC verification process. Accepted documents for Malaysian players include:

• Valid Malaysian MyKad (IC) or Passport
• Driver's Licence (supported by secondary documentation)
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three (3) months
• Selfie photograph holding the primary identity document

my365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

my365 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online banking and instant transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Malaysian bank accounts: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, AmBank
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction for most payment channels. Minimum amounts for cryptocurrency deposits are as specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet or FPX/DuitNow are typically credited to your Account balance instantaneously. In the event of a technical delay, my365 will investigate and resolve the matter within one (1) business day. my365 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Prohibited Deposit Methods

You may not deposit funds from accounts or payment instruments that do not belong to you. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits funded by another individual's payment account — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits detected may result in immediate Account suspension and return of funds.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

A Player must satisfy each of the following conditions before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be met in full.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's current available real-money balance.
• The Account must be in good standing — no active suspension, fraud investigation, or pending dispute.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times are indicative only. Actual processing times may vary depending on banking system availability, verification status, and transaction volume. my365 will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and period. These limits vary by Account tier and payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and cashback offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, and time window are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Exceding the maximum permitted bet while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. A typical maximum bet cap while on bonus funds is RM25 – RM50 per round; refer to individual promotion terms for exact figures.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

my365 reserves the right to void bonuses and withold related winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering requirement lopholes, collusion, use of automated software, or registration of multiple Accounts to claim duplicate promotions.

Each game category available on the Platform — including slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting, lottery, and crash games — operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or market interface.

Bets, once confirmed and accepted by the Platform, are binding and may not be retracted. In the event of a technical error, systems malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, my365 reserves the right to void affected transactions and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.

Sports betting markets — including those covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions — are subject to market-specific rules regarding postponed events, walkovers, abandoned matches, and other contingencies. These rules are displayed within each market.

my365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and the wellbeing of its players. The Platform offers the following player-controlled responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps settable by the Player at any time.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session termination after a defined play period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent Account exclusion, actioned within 24 hours of request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money laundering — i.e., depositing and withdrawing funds without substantial wagering activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or manifest pricing errors.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the Platform's backend systems, security features, or server infrastructure.
• Any conduct that could constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the my365 brand name, logo, domain name, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary property of my365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of my365.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

my365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit my365's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

my365 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

my365 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of services and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

my365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, my365 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

The most current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, will always be available at my365.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which my365 is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. my365 aims to resolve all disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement with our support team, it may be escalated in accordance with the complaint procedures set out by our licensing authority.
